KMACG series

• Cam slider is removed from the rear. This facilitates adjustment

• it is easy to lock at bottom or adjust without removing cam slide if you remove spring guide plate and spring

• available angle is 0° to 60° (at increments of 5° from 0° to 20°)

The difference between KMACA and KMACG is:

• Slider of V center is KMACG = 190.4mm / KMACA = 183mm
• KMACA is adopted with JIS standard
• 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600 are available for the mount width

Slide Structure and Poitive Return Structure

• Since the clearance between the cam holder (base plate) and the cam slider (spring guide) is within 0.1 at one side, it is easy to assemble the unit and make adjustments
• the clearance between the cam slider (positive returnfollower) and the cam driver is 0.03 to 0.07, it is easy to assemble the unit and make adjustments
• adjust the cutter clearance with the driver and the slider assembled.

Disassembly method of KMACG

1) Loosen hexagon socket head bolt and remove safety plate

2) Lossen hexagon socket head bolt and remove stopper plate

3) Pull and remove cam slider from cam holder to the rear

- Assemble components in the reverse order of disassembly
